VOICE RESPONSE IS VERY SAFE TO USE. THE FIRST TIME YOU USE VOICE RESPONSE YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN) IS THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. AFTER INPUTTING THIS PIN YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO CHANGE YOUR PIN TO ANY OTHER FOUR-DIGIT NUMBER.THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CHANGE YOUR PIN BACK TO THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. IF AN INVALID PIN IS ENTERED THREE TIMES IN A ROW, THE SYSTEM WILL DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCESS TO VOICE RESPONSE, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE CREDIT UNION TO REACTIVATE.

ANOTHER SECURITY BENEFIT IS THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER MEMBER'S ACCOUNT UNLESS A TRANSFER AUTHORIZATION FORM IS COMPLETED AND TURNED INTO A TELLER TO SETUP ON THE SYSTEM. PLEASE SEE ANY TELLER FOR THIS FORM.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. USING YOUR TOUCH TONE PHONE, CALL VOICE RESPONSE AT 1-800-860-5704.
  2. THE COMPUTER VOICE WILL ANSWER AND ASK FOR YOUR THREE DIGIT ACCESS CODE. YOU RESPOND BY ENTERING 017 AND THEN PRESS THE # KEY.
  3. THE COMPUTER WILL THEN ASK YOU TO ENTER YOUR BASE ACCOUNT NUMBER. (FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 12345-000, YOUR BASE ACCOUNT NUMBER WOULD BE 12345.) JUST ENTER YOUR BASE NUMBER AND THEN PRESS THE # KEY.
  4. THE COMPUTER THEN REQUIRES YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN) TO BE ENTERED, WHICH IS THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER THE FIRST TIME YOU USE VOICE RESPONSE. ENTER YOUR PIN AND THEN PRESS THE # KEY. IF YOUR PIN IS THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, THE SYSTEM WILL PROMPT YOU TO CHANGE YOUR PIN TO ANOTHER FOUR DIGIT NUMBER.
  5. FROM THIS POINT ON, VOICE RESPONSE PROCEDURE WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE TRANSACTIONS YOU WISH TO COMPLETE. VOICE RESPONSE WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH EACH AND EVERY STEP. WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED YOUR LAST TRANSACTION, YOU SIMPLY HANG UP OR PRESS 9 TO END CALL.
